Slow service, little accuracy in making reservations for boat trips, unable to replace a lamp in 5 days.

Modern with style but at the same time very simple place. Everything with good taste. Not in front of the beach but 1 minute from it in the second line. Great location. Great decoration. The Breakfast is very good. The rooms are very simple but very clean simple and nice. For a place like Morro de Sao Paulo you don't need/want more

The staff isn't helpful or friendly at all. You feel like you would bug them with staying at this place. Maybe that's just the Brazilian way of hospitality(?)

The hotel had a great location close to the beach and other amenities. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, providing us with everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were clean and tidy, with facilities such as sun beds and parasols offered to guests. The pool and jacuzzi area were wonderful and we enjoyed spending our time there. The breakfast was also great, with a good selection of food available.

We found that the soundproofing in the rooms was not great, and we could hear our neighbors quite clearly. The room was a bit plain and could use some more decoration to make it feel more cozy.

We spent Christmas at this hotel and it was a fantastic experience! the rooms were clean and well, maintained, with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. the location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach and all the shops and restaurants. We also appreciated the great breakfast that was offered every morning, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from.

the first was the lack of hangers to put our towels and clothes on.

We stayed in a nice hotel which was centrally located, just an alley away from the beach. Our room was clean with a modern and tidy bathroom. the friendly staff provided good service despite limited breakfast options. We enjoyed the nice pool and jacuzzi facilities with great parasols and sunbeds.

There was a lack of privacy in the room as the window had an electric blind plastic rolling curtain instead of a semi-transparent curtain.
